MICRO HOMES
XYiP Homes builds Micro Homes fully finished and delivered ready to be set on a receiving foundation. This 11’ x 30’ module boasts 2 bdr/1 bth and is perfect as a stand alone rear yard unit, as part of a Pocket Neighborhood, or as contributing to a solution for both disaster relief and homelessness.
TINY HOMES
Built on a trailer frame, these Tiny Homes On Wheels (THOWS) are perfect for temporary housing and mobile living. These homes can remain fixed to the trailer or can be designed to set on a permanent foundation. The 270 sq. ft. units are designed to be “off grid” and built with two lofts to maximize space.
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ADU’s)
ADU’s are fast becoming solutions for stay-in-place in-laws, attainable housing and as additional living spaces for primary homes. These ADU’s can be built over garages (popular in Chicago that recently adopted an ADU Ordinance) or as stand-alone units.
